Who qualifies for the buyer cashback?
Buyers who purchase an eligible home with DistrictIQ Inc., Brokerage representing them as their buyer brokerage. Eligibility is reviewed with you up front and confirmed in writing in your representation agreement before any offer is made.
How much cashback can I receive?
Up to $2,500 on eligible purchases. The exact amount varies by purchase price, the transaction and your representation agreement — it is not a flat amount and is not guaranteed. You'll know your confirmed amount in writing before you offer.
Is a buyer cashback the same as a buyer rebate or commission rebate?
Yes — “buyer cashback,” “buyer rebate” and “commission rebate” all describe the same idea: a portion of the buyer-side commission shared back with you after closing. Whether one applies, and how much, depends on the purchase price, the commission on the deal and your representation agreement. You're represented throughout by DistrictIQ Inc., Brokerage — a licensed Ontario real estate brokerage — and any amount is confirmed in writing before you offer.
When is the cashback paid?
After closing, once the transaction has completed and the eligibility conditions in your agreement are met.
Can I combine the cashback with other offers?
