What’s proposed
To facilitate six buildings ranging in height from 8- to 20-storeys within the north block framing Highway 7 and Donald Cousens Parkway, and one 6-storey mid-rise building internal to the north block. In addition, multiple blocks of 3-storey back-to-back and on street townhouse dwellings are proposed in the southern portion.
