To provide relief from the provisions of By-law 66-71, as amended, to permit a reduced minimum side yard setbacks (north and south) from 1.82 metres (6.00 ft.) to 1.22 metres (4.00 feet), increased maximum lot coverage from 30.00% to 33.29% and increased minimum front yard setback (based on the established building line) from 7.88 metres (25.85 feet) to 7.62 metres (25.00) to accommodate the construction of a proposed single detached dwelling.
