To permit an entrance to a Secondary Suite to be accessible from the street by an unobstructed hard landscaped surface walkway measuring a minimum of 0.5 in width, whereas the By-law requires a minimum of 1.2m in width; and to permit a minimum setback of 0.0 m from the interior side lot line to an uncovered platform with a floor height of 1.2 m or less as measured at any point from grade and including access stairs, whereas the By-law requires a minimum setback of 0.6 m.
