What’s proposed
To establish the 11 development blocks around the Promenade Mall including future parks and road network. Block 1, comprised of Phase 1 of the PLP lands development, is currently under construction to include two residential towers with heights of 30 and 35-storeys as well as retail at grade. Blocks 2, 4, 8, and 9 will be comprised of future park developments, whereas Blocks 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11 will be developed with a variety of high-rise and mid-rise residential and non-residential uses. Blocks 3 and 6 are currently being submitted for Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Applications.
