What’s proposed
To facilitate a residential block for development, a natural heritage block that will be dedicated to the public authority, as well as a private amenity block. The Proposed Development will also be subject to a future Common-Element Condominium application to define the Parcels of Tied Land (POLTs) and common elements, such as the condominium road. This subdivision at South of Nashville Road and west of Highway 27 in Vaughan is currently submitted. Figures and status are as published by the municipality.
