To facilitate two boundary adjustments. The first proposed boundary adjustment is to sever part the subject property to be added to LVO farms allows for agricultural uses to be continued on the lands. The second proposed boundary adjustment is to sever part of the Mullabrack property to be added to 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Queen’s Own Lane (Liadel Farms) to allow for a larger lot area which would allow for Liadel Farms to support a more substantial agricultural operation. This rezoning at CAP Stage 2 in King is currently approved. Figures and status are as published by the municipality.
