Review of the policies for Cornell Centre in the Cornell Secondary Plan. The policies in this amendment will also form the basis of a new secondary plan for Cornell Centre under the 2014 Official Plan. Draft OPA proposes refinements to the land use policies for Cornell Centre with respect to, among other things, expansion of the range of permitted housing types, land use changes resulting from the confirmed location of the regional transit terminal, and refinements to retail policies and the transportation network.
