What’s proposed
To update the Milliken Centre Secondary Plan to provide a focal point for the larger Milliken District and to be developed at transit supportive densities to reflect the proximity to GO transit. The Draft Development Concept includes Mixed Use and Residential neighborhoods, as well as a protected Greenway System, a school and park campus, an integrated networks of Parks and Open Space, Commercial Areas and Old Kennedy Road "Main Street" and proposed heritage enclave.
