The tower is proposed to be located within a landscaped area at the south side of the subject lands where there is currently a one-storey commercial building. A compound area at the base of the tower will include a radio equipment cabinet and bollards. The tower will replace an existing light standard on site. Access to the facility is proposed via two existing driveway entrances, off Napa Valley Avenue & Nina Gate. The tower will be located approximately 40m from the nearest residential dwelling.
