2nd Submission is to rezone the lands from the existing the Residential One (R1) zone to a ‘site specific’ Residential Four (R4) zone to permit the ‘Street Townhouse’ use and will be seeking specific regulations to implement 12 three-storey street townhouse units. Basement secondary suites have been deleted reducing the number of units from 24 to 12. Therefore, parking is sufficient for the proposed development.
