What’s proposed
To facilitate the development of two greenhouse structures, an open nursery area, and at grade parking with access from Ninth Line. A small accessory structure is proposed to the north of the existing structures and will operate as a checkout for sales transactions during business hours. The existing commercial building will be utilized as an office use for the proposed nursery and the existing dwelling will remain and continue to be used as a residential use, with dedicated access and entrance from Aurora Road. This site plan at CAPP Phase 2 in Whitchurch-Stouffville is currently under review. Figures and status are as published by the municipality.
